…is when you have a Cover illustration, for example….this happened to me in March this year already, when I illustrated the front page of the Flow magazine. I thought, that this could not be any better, but now it is kind of topped by the back page of the Flow magazine:
what I am talking about is that I had the honour of illustrating the this years set of special edition Christmas stamps for the royal dutch post! This unique thing was organised by Flow Magazine and the stamps were lay outed by the Flow Art Director Annelinde Tempelman.
The stamps are coming with a bunch of other matching products like Christmas cards, an Agenda, a cute postal package and a shopping bag:
so I guess I cannot go any further in my artistic career:D, this is the highlight. This year I will send all my Christmas cards from Holland of course!!!

Hi Elisandra, I always visit your blog and download your desktop wallpapers. I saw what you did for Flow and i really liked it. And now this agenda. I used the kpnpost last years agenda to note all the fleamarkets where i buy my german pottery. And next year i can do so in one of your agenda’s. How very nice for me, but of course expecially nice for you. Congratulations!

Hi Elisandra,
I’m staring at the agenda right now, and just had to look up who this year’s illustrator is. It’s gorgeous! I’m never much of an agenda keeper, but that might all have to change this year. 😉 Congrats.

Hi Elisandra, thanks for your beautiful illustrations! The Christmas stamps are very, very nice this year! I especially like the folky angel holding up two candles – looks a bit Scandinavian, I am right? I hope to see much more of your work in Flow – or other Dutch magazines. Have a good, creative and succesfull 2012!
